Renter acknowledges that all appliances, TV's, DVD's etc are in good working order. (Verification of condition with an inventory check list is performed after each check-out)

Cancellation
24 hours for single weekday reservations
72 hours for all other weekday reservations
7 Days for Weekend reservations
14 Days for full week reservations
